Steps, 2006

these steps.
i take these steps.
a tap after a tap.
it's 2:00 am.
another sleepless night.
i went for a stroll.
what is keeping me awake?
why does my bed feels ever so empty?
am not lonely.
i would try to fool myself.
am not lonely.
i try to fool myself.
am not lonely.
if i day it too much i know i'd fool myself.
am not lonely... am lonely.
sigh. my feet.
they have each other.
a step after another.
a tap after a tap.
a step that leads to a direction.
always somewhere to go to.
one step after another.
always somewhere to go to.
onwards and forwards.
defenitely, i'd find somewhere to go to.
i stop.
which direction...
leads to you?

The Lesbian, 2006

my touch,
it stirs her;
i whispered a promise,
you are loved...
she was my bliss,
she is a beauty.
a goddess i worship;
i, am here to excite her,
to ignite the fire in her loins;
oh, my humble hands,
my fingers, my messengers;
her body's like mine;
the fire i feel are mirrored as hers,
am a woman like her;
how cruel that i fail to satisfy her like a man;
my passion, my passion,
will it suffice?
will she seek a man's embrace?
cruel a thought,
but now, she is mine;
my lips will tell her of my love;
i thirst,
my tongue...
her body spasmed with so much joy.
i know how to claim her, like clockwork,
her body, like mine;
i whispered my promise as climax took her;
ah... then she is mine.

The Unlikely Hero by Ilich Monroy

Marcelino is just like every other superhero you know.

He was strong, yet reckless.

There was a story when he killed a dragon menacing a small village. The dragon fell, leaving our hero blood-splattered, yet remains ruggedly dashing in his barely existent leather armor. The small village was totaled, not because of the dragon flames, but by Marcelino’s taunting swordplay. Despite that, everyone is quick to forgive him for his charm.

Marcelino clocks in another day to battle a hydra; and everyone knows hydras can be very tricky. Cut one head of and you’d get 3 more heads sprouting from the f*cker. Thankfully, canoodling with the pixies worked well for Marcelino as he was given a salve that would prevent new heads from regenerating. Sounds easy, right? But the fight begins.

Fast forward to a few reckless hacking and certain miscalculations left our hero fighting a hydra, now, with nine heads. But he was quick to his feet. Contrary to the common notion that heroes need big pieces of armor, Marcelino’s nakedness and close-to-non-existent armor worked to his advantage. The sweat made it very hard for the hydra to get a good grip of the Marcelino. You can sense that he tires from his dodges, but like any hero he pushes on.

Heads rush to him left and right, gaping mouths fit full of teeth. Until, one head caught him by the shoulder. It hit him. “This is Death.” Seeing another one of these massive mouths directly rushing towards face…

“Dude!”

Marcelino stirred in his sleep.

“Dude, wake up!”

“You were so drunk, you fell asleep on your pizza.”

Marcelino quickly sat up, “Pizza?!”

The pizza slides down his face and lands on his lap. “Pizza!!” He grabs it and poised eat it just as the hydra was to bite his head off. Then gobbled as much he could finishing the big slice in less than three bites.

Marcelino’s hero story is not set in medieval time; of knights with very little pieces of armor that barely cover them.

Marcelino’s hero story starts now.

No to Plagiarism!

I am fully aware of the rules of plagiarism. It is my business to know this working in the industry I am in. I have worked with a writing firm and understand both client and writers regarding these matters.

The post I have here are written by me. The only reason you see it here is because working as a content writer, you would encounter employers who would scam you into writing and would claim that your work is plagiarized even though it isn't. Then, they would still continue to use the article they acquired from the writer. Some employers would ask for trial articles and would have you try again as they would claim that your first article was of poor quality, even though it is not; gullible as you are, he gets good articles from you without any intent to hire you. This is how cunning some employers are.

There are writers who can be unprofessional and dishonest, the same goes for employers. I was hired by a Mark Fox to write articles for him. I worked for him for two weeks and by the time I was expecting pay, he disappears. A payment of $180 is due. Instead of having him profit for all my hard work, I decided that I would publish the articles I made for him. I claim full right to my works as they were not paid. It is basic. You ask me to write; I write, you pay. Paying us $5 an hour is not a huge amount of money; why dupe us for some change?

Recently, I got a comment claiming that my articles were theirs.

To clarify, these articles were posted on this blog to inform you that the person who provided you my article does not do honest business. I would not take this sitting down. These are my works and I consider this as a business. I would not ask you to pay me for these articles. I want to tell you not to use it because am not taking this down.

Here are screen shots of the order for the article:

Here is my article submission for the order request:

Here is the article on my computer files (along with other works that were unpaid):

And, here is a picture of a really cute cat sleeping:

Please, do a background check on the people you are dealing with. I did this because I refuse to be a victim of employers who outsource writers and refuse to pay them. You would not get quality this cheap; so, there really is no reason why employers need to scam us. You get what you pay for. I got nothing. Do the math.

Five Things Not to Forget When You Go On Holiday!

Nothing can get you so excited than a holiday getaway. With how stressful things are at work or school, everyone really deserves a good holiday vacation. It would be such a shame if you are left unprepared for such a trip. This can ruin the amazing plan that you may have in store for you to enjoy this moment. To make sure you make the most out of the time you have available there are some things that you make sure you never forget during your trip.

Get the right vaccines. The last thing that you would want to happen is to get sick during a trip. The trip should recharge you and revitalise you to face another day at work and school. Getting hospitalized in a foreign country can be risky as they do not have access to your medical history. Before even making that trip, make sure that you check trip advisors and check what the suggested vaccines you need to get when travelling to a different country. Remember, prevention is definitely better than cure.

Bring a first aid kit and stock up on your medication. Make sure that when you travel to another country that you get refills for your medication. Some drugs may not be easily accessible in other countries. Explaining which medication you need to get from a foreign pharmacist may not be as easy when explaining this in another language. You may also have problems reading the labels and instructions. Make sure you have medication for motion sickness. Trying out exotic food can be fun, but make sure you have medication in case the food disagrees with you. Pack a sunblock when travelling to sunny countries. Having a first aid kit would save you so much time looking for a pharmacy.

Bring sunglasses. If you protect your skin using a sunblock, protect your eyes by wearing sunglasses. This would protect your eyes from damage causes by ultraviolet rays and sudden glare. You can find polarized sunglasses that would provide 100% protection for UV rays. Your eyes stay protected while still maintaining great visibility. It is also very stylish accessory. You can wear the perfect pair of glasses with anything. You can wear this during daytime, strolling in the beach or even hiking. You can even find designs specially made to stand tough conditions.

Secure your bag with a suitcase lock. This does not need any explanation. Riding a plane would separate you from your precious luggage. To make sure that your items are safe, invest on a good lock. Combination locks are convenient but some can be easily opened. A lock and key would be more durable and you can keep the key with you in your pocket or carry-on.

Make sure you exchange currency before even leaving the country. Airports would have currency exchange kiosks where you can request for an exchange. The exchange rates are also reasonable. This would save you the trouble of having to look for currency exchange when you are in a different country. This secures your money. You can also manage your budget by only exchanging for the amount that you would require for the entire trip.

It really pays to be prepared even when you are simply planning on having fun. These helpful tips would truly make the most out of the time you have for yourself and your family. This would allow you to better enjoy the moment that you deserve especially if you are planning on going on a well-deserved holiday break.
